• Results do not include lender fees, account-keeping fees, establishment fees, valuation fees or any other charges unless you include them in the loan amount.
• Results do not take account of comparison rates. The comparison rate may differ materially from the advertised interest rate.
• Variable interest rates may change during the loan term. Extra repayment savings are estimated at a constant interest rate and will vary if rates change.
• Some loan products limit extra repayments or charge a fee for them. Always check your loan contract or confirm with your lender.
• Interest-only periods are limited in duration as set by your lender. Once an interest-only period ends, repayments typically increase to repay the principal over the remaining term.
• Results do not account for changes in your financial circumstances, employment status or credit eligibility.
